Holiday Emerald Hotel

Holiday Emerald Hotel was a fantastic choice for our Hanoi trip! Ideally located in the Old Quarter, it’s a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and lively markets. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making our stay seamless with great local tips. Our room was spotless, cozy, and modern, with a comfy bed and excellent shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering fresh diverse options. Fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like daily water added to the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Hanoi visit!

Excellent location in the old quarter. The price was very good and the beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast was really good . And the staff were soooo nice. Especially Lam. He even knocked on my door in the early morning just to give me a hug goodbye because he had finished his shift. He did a lot of special things for us when we were there - like getting me ice every night for my sore knees. He is so kind and funny. I will miss him!

Great location so we could wapk everywhere. The staff we incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us advice and directions on places to visited, helped us chabge money, organised an airport pick up, and offered to help us buy something if we were worried about haggling. They really went beyond. The breakfast was amazing and they even made us pancakes or eggs each morning.

Staff was absolutely incredible! I From the receptionist to the breakfast chef and staff in the morning, everyone was really really friendly and treated us so nicely.We had issues of WiFi in our room, I told reception and next day someone came to fix it. Some mornings I didn't get up for breakfast and they brought up some pho for me to the room.I would 100% Stay here again, location is great, rooms are lovely but the staff makes this place 10/10. Thank you all so much for making our holiday a little more special.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms well appointed and clean, comfortable. Staff where just lovely. Staff member Jenny was so helpful even before we arrived via whatsapp. Helped make our holiday that much better, really took care of us with trips, transport, local knowlegdge etc especially when we added in trips and needed to stay another night. Safely stored our bags at no extra cost. Really friendly. Breakfast included was great too, mix of western and local dishes. Great choice of you want to be in the center of tjings in Hanoi.
